The Role
This position offers a varied and engaging workload, requiring a mix of independent working and collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations for all types of rural property, including inheritance and taxation, acquisitions and sales, and tenant rights.
- Handle compulsory purchase and compensation claims related to road schemes, utilities, and Part 1 claims.
- Provide strategic consultancy services in rural and agri-business sectors.
- Advise on Environmental Land Management and emerging rural opportunities, including renewable energy projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation of experience and expertise, including:
- MRICS qualification
- CAAV accreditation (or working towards it).
- Strong knowledge of the rural property market and agricultural landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- High levels of accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
