- Estate and land management

- Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) applications and appeals
- Woodland and forestry management

🎯 Candidate Profile
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
- Strong understanding of rural property and agricultural issues
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with the South East rural landscape is advantageous
