The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, supporting clients in the rural, agricultural, and land management sectors. You'll be part of a collaborative team while also enjoying the independence to manage your own projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, well-reasoned advice to a broad client base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to team development
- Advise on restructuring farm businesses to maximise client outcomes
- Prepare accurate valuations and detailed reports
- Handle sales and acquisitions of rural property, land, farms, and estates
What We're Looking For:
- MRICS qualified with a strong foundation in agriculture and rural affairs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of compliance and professional standards
