Rural Surveyor - Monmouthshire (Full-time or Part-time)

The Role:
You'll be joining a dynamic rural team, working across a variety of rewarding projects. Depending on your experience, your work may include:
- Sales of farms, land, and rural property
- Machinery and collective auctions
- Compensation and utility claims
- Rural planning and development
- Valuations
- Tenancy and estate management
- Rural grants and subsidy advice
What We're Looking For:
- MRICS and FAAV qualified (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge in rural surveying
- Organised, self-driven, and collaborative
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property software
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
