Rural Surveyor - Cambridgeshire
Are you an experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor looking for your next career move? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Rural Department as a Full-Time Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor within a dynamic and supportive team.
The Role
In this varied and rewarding position, you'll work with farmers, landowners, and rural businesses, providing professional advice and support across a broad range of services, including:
- Valuations, sales, and lettings of rural properties.
- Managing agricultural land, including Contract Farming Agreements.
- Handling compulsory purchase and compensation matters.
- Supporting infrastructure, energy, and rural diversification projects.
- Collaborating on planning, development, rural grants, and subsidy advice.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation of skills and experience, including:
- Qualifications: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience and CAAV accreditation (or working towards it).
- Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the Cambridgeshire property market and rural landscape.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage workloads efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver a high standard of service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, team members, and other professionals.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and professionalism.
