Location: Bedfordshire / Buckinghamshire

A highly respected land and property consultancy is seeking a talented Rural Surveyor to join its expanding Rural Property & Business team. This firm offers a long‑established regional presence, a modern multi‑disciplinary structure, and a diverse client base spanning farmers, landowners and rural businesses.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a department that provides a comprehensive range of rural services, including:

  • Farm and estate management
  • Rural property sales, valuations and acquisitions
  • Compulsory purchase & utilities work
  • Rural development, diversification and planning support
  • Farm support schemes, grants and rural finance advice

You'll work directly with rural clients, offering tailored professional advice and helping them navigate the evolving challenges facing the agricultural and land management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of rural properties, estates or landholdings
  • Providing valuation, management and strategic consultancy services
  • Advising on rural grants, support schemes and funding opportunities
  • Handling compulsory purchase, utilities and infrastructure matters
  • Supporting rural development and diversification projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive, high‑quality service
