Beach Baker is working with a well‑established and busy independent surveying practice looking to recruit a Rural / General Practice Surveyor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a broad and varied role within a firm experiencing increased demand, offering hands‑on exposure across a diverse range of rural and property work.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide mix of professional and management instructions, including:
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Rural and general practice surveying work
- Land registration and associated property matters
- Involvement in renewable energy, development and planning projects
- Wider property management responsibilities
This is a genuinely varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and taking ownership of projects.
About You
- Ideally 3+ years' experience
- Background in rural surveying or property management with rural exposure
- Experience of L&T and general practice work
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and flexible approach
- Confident working with a range of clients and instructions
