Rural Estate Manager - Client-side

Your Role:

In this leadership position, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they align with strategic goals for nature, carbon, and community impact. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Management: Lead lease negotiations, valuations, rent reviews, and easements.
Performance Optimisation: Analyse key performance indicators to maximise income and support sustainability goals.
Tenant & Stakeholder Relations: Build long-term partnerships that enhance environmental and community benefits.
Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving issues effectively.
Sustainable Innovation: Implement forward-thinking land management practices for public benefit, carbon sequestration, and conservation.

What You'll Need:

🎓 RICS Accreditation - Full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (postgraduate qualification).
📅 5+ years' experience in estate management and rural surveying.
💡 Strong Negotiation & Project Management Skills - Confident in lease negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
🌍 Industry Knowledge - Understanding of land use, agriculture, environmental issues, and sustainable development.
