We're partnering with a leading property consultancy that is expanding its rural estate management offering and looking to appoint an ambitious MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join its dynamic and collaborative team.

The role
You'll take ownership of a varied rural estate portfolio and play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing rural estates and landholdings on behalf of a range of clients
- Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, providing clear and practical guidance
- Preparing agreements, negotiating transactions, and supporting day-to-day estate management
- Working closely with internal specialist teams to unlock new opportunities for clients
- Contributing to business development, including pitches and client presentations
- Supporting compliance, systems development, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
- MRICS qualified with experience in rural estate management or rural property
- A proactive, client-focused professional with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus
