Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a rural estate management surveyor, on behalf of a well-respected firm, with a network of offices in Oxfordshire and beyond.
The role is for that of an experienced Estate Manager, established within the industry and the capability to bring a client(s)/estate(s) with them. The firm are looking to grow its Estate Management service line and with traditional, professional values this is a good opportunity for someone looking for a new environment and flexibility, whilst maintaining the relationship with their client(s).
The Estate Management department is core to the firm's business; therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow a service line which has a large amount of importance on it. There will also be flexibility on the type of estate you're able to bring whether it be a large traditional or a little smaller and more diverse estate(s).
The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with a good understanding of L&T law and experience of Estate Management work on a variety of estates/rural assets. Candidates from both Private Practice and Public Sector backgrounds will all be considered.
