Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading, independent, property consultancy in their search for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management and working alongside a small team to Regional Facilities Managers, you will be responsible for a mixed use, commercial portfolio across the South East. This is a home-based role which will require you to travel regularly to various locations.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations including; tenant liaison, contractor management, health & safety compliance and preparation/management of the annual service charge budgets. Other responsibilities will involve negotiation of contractor agreements and implementation of environmental initiatives. This is an ever-growing business and will require the successful candidate to be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing multiple sites from a landlord perspective. You must be able to demonstrate strong communications skills and provide evidence of previous contractor management. A strong background in service charge budget management is essential.
We are ideally seeking a candidate with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and a BIFM membership.
A driving licence is essential for this role.
