An exciting new role with a leading property management provider for a Regional Facilities Manager.
Reporting to the Senior FM and working closely with the wider team, you will hold operational FM responsibilities for a portfolio of industrial and retail properties.
You role will involve building relationships with tenants and clients whilst managing the FM supply chain and ensuring compliance across all sites. Working as part of the property management team, together it is your responsibility to retain tenants and safeguard the value of their property assets. Other responsibilities include; ensuring contractor performance/compliance, conducting regular site inspections, management of site based projects and setting/managing the annual service charge budgets.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in working within a property management environment with a strong understanding of service charge budget management. We are seeking a candidate with solid multi-site experience and contractor management skills. You will be a strong communicator; IOSH qualified and be a member of IWFM.
