Bristol / Hybrid

Based in Bristol, Beach Baker is the leading retained search and contingency recruitment company who specialise within the Property & Town Planning sectors. We are APSCo members and hold the gold certification for recruitment standards.

Our 3 year business plan is designed to actively expand our services and as a result we are looking to secure a senior recruiter to support our growth across the business. We are seeking a motivated candidate with at least 2-3 years' recruitment experience to help drive forward our growth plans, and be an integral part of the team. We have a highly respected, knowledge based approach, to both retained, and contingency recruitment, and a supportive leadership team, with a huge amount of experience.

To be a successful Recruitment Consultant at Beach Baker you will need:

  • Experience working as a 360° Recruitment Consultant.
  • Proven background in revenue generation/achieving sales targets.
  • Be natural and confident at communicating with clients with a pro-active attitude.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset & willingness to learn & develop.
