Quantity Surveyor

Bath / Bristol

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic and innovative team?

Our client has a head office in Bath and an additional office in Bristol, and they has been providing exceptional value and high-quality, comprehensive services to their clients for over two decades. They pride themselves on their unique, market-leading approach to the built environment in the South West.

Our clients include homeowners, developers, and businesses across various sectors.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering JCT contracts
  • Conducting site valuations
  • Preparing detailed reports for our architecture team
  • Developing pricing schedules for residential projects valued between £100k and £500k, including house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.

Requirements

  • For Senior Applicants: A self-motivated professional who can work independently without supervision.
  • For Junior Applicants: Some experience in quantity surveying is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. You will be expected to be in the office three days a week, ideally in Bath on Wednesdays for team catch-ups.

Location

This role covers the areas of Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, Stroud, and parts of Wiltshire.
