Role: Property Manager (RICS) - Newcastle
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance and benefits

An established and respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy in the North of England is looking to appoint a qualified and driven Property Manager (RICS) to support the continued growth of their Newcastle team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, taking ownership of maintenance, compliance, and inspections. You'll be joining a supportive and professional environment that values continuous development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance requests
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Handle rent reviews and lease/contract renewals
- Oversee compliance, risk, and structural inspections
- Manage Section 20 consultations and rent arrears
- Maintain accurate property records in the central database
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Requirements
- RICS-accredited Real Estate degree
- Experience in commercial and residential property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
- Proficient in IT systems
- Full, clean UK driving licence
