Beach Baker is delighted to be working with an international property company in their search for a London based Operations Manager. Due to the recent win of a new investment client, we are seeking a candidate to take responsibility for two large, central London sites. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for delivering all FM services, managing relationships with tenants, oversee contractor performance, coordinate FM projects whilst ensuring EH&S compliance. You will also be responsible for preparing the annual service charge budgets and provide regular reports back to the client with any recommendations for improvements or change.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing communal areas and act as the first point of contact for building occupiers. You must have experience in managing compliance and projects, additionally you will have the ability to prepare and manage service charge budgets. We are looking for a well-presented candidate with a background in managing onsite teams. Excellent communication skills are a must and you will ideally hold a Health and Safety qualification. Previous experience in a managing agent environment is essential.
