The Opportunity:

You'll be responsible for delivering high-level agency advice, driving business development, and leading transactions across the South West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute office acquisitions and disposals for both landlords and occupiers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, securing repeat business and referrals.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic advice to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance revenue.
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the office agency function.
Candidate Profile:
- MRICS qualified with proven experience in office agency.
- Strong team player qualities and a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrable track record of winning and delivering business.
