Beach Baker is delighted to be retained by a well-known and long-established organisation to recruit a National Project Manager for their expanding team. You will be part of the national projects team responsible for delivering major construction projects across the portfolio, including maintenance and repair, conservation and capital investment schemes. You will also work closely with external consultants and monitor their work to ensure professional services and customer-focused service delivery is achieved.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Construction with at least 3+ years' experience. You will ideally have worked on conservation/heritage projects and you will have a strong desire to continually learn and lead others. My client is happy to consider candidates from a construction project management, building surveying, quantity surveying or architecture background, however you must have strong projects experience.
