This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join a modern and forward-thinking business that combines the flexibility of remote working with a strong pipeline of high-quality valuation instructions. The firm has established relationships with a range of lenders and professional clients and offers surveyors the autonomy to focus on delivering quality work rather than navigating corporate bureaucracy.
About the Opportunity
As part of a growing valuation team, you will undertake a broad range of valuation work, predominantly for secured lending purposes, across commercial property, development assets and some higher-value residential instructions.
The role offers genuine flexibility, allowing individuals to work remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from one of the firm's offices, depending on personal preference and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking loan security valuations across a range of commercial and residential assets
- Producing high-quality reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards
- Managing client relationships and lender instructions
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders throughout the valuation process
- Maintaining the highest professional and compliance standards
- Contributing to the growth and success of the wider business
About You
The successful candidate is likely to possess:
- MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status
- A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience
- A strong background in commercial valuation and secured lending work
- Excellent report-writing and analytical skills
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
