A successful firm of chartered surveyors have recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor for their busy office. This company, established 20-years ago, pride themselves on being a traditional firm of surveyors and have an excellent reputation in the local area. A lot of their work is from repeat business in the private residential sector, principally working with listed buildings.

The role will predominantly involve pre-purchase surveys and RICS Homebuyer Reports on properties typically between £800k to £1.5m in value. You will be working closely with one of the business owners who is shortly due to retire, therefore there will be the opportunity to progress quickly.

Other benefits include:

  • Making an impact in the local community
  • Opportunity to get involved in project work
  • Flexible working and employee benefits package

The successful candidate will be expected to be MRICS with a least 2-years' PQE. Consultancy/client-side experience and a keen interest in conservation and historic buildings is essential. Ideally, you will be living within 30 minutes from the Cotswolds and relocators to the local area will also be considered.

Your application will be dealt with in the strictest confidence by Matthew Clackson. Please send your CV directly to Matthew@beachbaker.co.uk or call 0117 313 0391. For many more property jobs, please visit our website www.beachbaker.co.uk.
