Having successful placed two new team members in this team already, Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Leasing Estates Surveyor on behalf of our client to join their newly established Leasing & Estates team. This standalone team is responsible for the estate and asset management of a prestigious property portfolio, aimed at generating long-term income and financial returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide lettings advice, options, and develop business cases.
- Coordinate disposals (mainly lettings) to ensure team targets are met.
- Evaluate options, considering planning, environmental, and highway issues to facilitate lettings.
- Devise market strategies and establish timescales for delivery of lettings.
- Troubleshoot and liaise with letting agents and other consultants to achieve letting goals in a timely manner and within set monetary targets.
- Improve the quality of the retained assets.
- Advise on tenant mix, property use, and covenants to maximise returns.
- Formulate a business plan to increase income and add value, considering the portfolio's risk/income profile.
- Undertake all aspects of agency and letting practices, liaising closely with Estates Surveyors who manage the individual assets.
