About the Role
As part of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality advice and reporting to a wide range of clients.
- Carrying out commercial rent reviews and lease renewals
- Supporting the team with occasional commercial valuation work
- Inspecting and measuring office, industrial and retail premises
- Preparing rent review and lease renewal reports and researching comparables
- Reporting findings and recommendations to clients
- Negotiating with landlords, tenants, and other surveyors
You'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and progress your career.
What We're Looking For
- MRICS or FRICS qualified, with at least two years' post‑qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant negotiations (rent reviews & lease renewals)
- Familiarity with CoStar or similar comparable databases
- Solid understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations
- Willingness to assist with and be trained in RICS Valuations
