The Role:
We are seeking a Lease Consultancy Surveyor to cover the South West of England. This is a replacement position for someone at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level, ideally with similar client experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a top private practice and work in a busy, professional, and sociable office in Bristol. You will cover all core sector including industrial, office, and retail-working with clients such as international distribution firms, global banks, government institutions, and marketing firms.
Main Duties:
- Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Conduct property inspections, negotiations, and prepare third-party submissions when required.
- Use strong research and analytical skills to identify and interpret market rental evidence.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
- Manage and prioritise a busy caseload efficiently.
- Build a strong network of internal and external contacts to develop business.
Experience:
- Ideally MRICS or about to qualify with up to 2+ years PQE.
- Lease consultancy experience preferred, but other general practice surveying experience will be considered.
