🏗️ The Role
You'll provide expert lease advisory services across office, retail and industrial assets, supporting both regional and national clients. Work will include:
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Advice on break clauses, lease restructuring and leasehold strategy
- 1954 Act matters and third‑party procedures
- Dilapidations and broader commercial lease consultancy
- Adding strategic insight to a strong and growing pipeline of instructions
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations on rent reviews and lease renewals
- Draft reports, recommendations and strategic consultancy advice
- Interpret and advise on the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting fee growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines
✅ What We're Looking For
- RICS‑qualified Surveyor with lease consultancy/advisory experience
- Strong communicator with a commercial, client‑first mindset
- Proactive, organised and confident managing your own caseload
- Solid analytical, Excel and report‑writing skills
