Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a well‑established client portfolio
- Analysing and summarising lease documentation
- Undertaking property inspections
- Preparing pre‑negotiation and advisory reports, supported by market evidence
- Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re‑gears on behalf of landlords and occupiers
- Producing reports for internal and third‑party referrals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients

About You
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience in Lease Consultancy
- Strong commercial awareness with the drive to grow a client base
- Confident working autonomously with a disciplined and organised approach
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Motivation to progress and develop within a respected consultancy platform
