Land Agent - Rural Surveying & Estate Management

We're seeking a proactive and motivated Land Agent to join a growing rural professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in rural practice-ideally RICS or CAAV qualified (or working towards it)-to develop their career within a dynamic environment supporting UK farming and estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate infrastructure and utility agreements
- Provide advice on rural planning, diversification, and development projects
- Manage residential, commercial, and agricultural property portfolios
- Support farm and estate management activities
- Prepare tenancy agreements (FBTs, CFAs), licences, and conduct rent reviews
- Handle grant applications including SFI, CSS, and capital grants
About You
- Degree in Rural Land Management or related discipline
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong interest in rural business and UK agriculture
- RICS/CAAV qualified or working towards qualification (support provided)
- Full UK driving licence
