The successful candidate will join a supportive, well‑established team and benefit from a competitive salary and a strong benefits package, including 25 days' annual leave, matched pension, life assurance, and a suite of flexible options to suit your lifestyle. The Nottingham office is centrally located with great access to local amenities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Valuation of land and property
  • Negotiation and handling of compensation claims
  • Building new business relationships, with a strong focus on claimants and landowners
  • Contributing to the development of efficient internal systems and best‑practice processes
  • Ensuring all work meets legal and compliance standards
  • Managing surveyors across the team
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff with their professional development

What I'm Looking For

I'm seeking an MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer with experience in either the commercial or rural sectors. A solid understanding of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation would be a significant advantage. You'll need to demonstrate a proactive, business‑development mindset, a commitment to excellent client service, and the confidence to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with a full driving licence.
