This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious industrial agent with a proven track record, looking to join a well-capitalised consultancy with an excellent client base, strong market presence, and a growing pipeline of instructions across the South West.
The Role
You will work across the full spectrum of industrial and logistics agency, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development consultancy
- Occupier advisory
- Strategic industrial and logistics advice
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of high‑quality industrial agency instructions
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Advising clients on industrial & logistics assets across the South West
- Collaborating closely with the wider national industrial team on larger-scale instructions
Experience & Requirements
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- At least 2 years' experience in industrial agency
- A strong billing track record within a commercial property consultancy
- Excellent client‑facing, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
- MRICS qualification (preferred, but not essential)
- Openness to relocating to Bristol, if applicable
