The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Estates and responsible for the charity's annual maintenance budget and overseeing a team of 40 construction/estate professionals. You must be able to operate at a strategic level, run and lead a busy team and be able to influence the decisions of senior management.
This position offers a salary up to £60,000 including the following employee benefits:
