Role Overview:
They are seeking a driven individual to join their team in an exciting role that offers a diverse range of responsibilities. As a Graduate Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
- Property management (agricultural, commercial, and residential)
- Property refurbishment and maintenance
- Crop loss and disturbance compensation claims
- Compulsory purchase and renewable energy projects
- Sales, lettings, and acquisitions of agricultural, residential, and commercial properties
- Tenancy and lease renewals, telecommunications, and valuations
