A well-known construction consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing Cardiff office. The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be working within a highly successful building surveying team, mainly working with framework clients in the commercial and public sector as well as some expanding fund clients. Your workload will be interesting and diverse and will include the following:
* Design and Contract Administration
* Project Management of refurbishment schemes
* Technical Due Diligence / Acquisition services
* Party Wall / neighbourly matters
* Condition Surveys and strategic life cycle appraisals
This post would suit an experienced Graduate who is looking for a post where they can use their existing experience, as well as developing additional skills and knowledge in order to progress their career.
Applicants should have a Building Surveying degree, plus at least 12-months' experience in industry. Ideally you will have started your APC and be looking to become chartered within the next 12-24 months.
