Renowned for its collaborative culture and exceptional client service, their Commercial team delivers expert advice across the full spectrum of the commercial property market.
We're now seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join their well-established Landlord & Tenant team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a varied and impactful role, where you'll handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations for tax and probate purposes, while also supporting the wider Property Management and Agency teams.

About you:
- MRICS qualified (preferred, but strong experience will be considered)
- Ideally 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and client-facing skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and property management software
