The Role

You'll play a key role within a busy and collaborative team, working across:

• Commercial sales and lettings
• Valuations across a varied instruction base
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Supporting on development consultancy instructions
• Building client relationships and managing your own caseload

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad workload and client exposure, rather than being restricted to a single discipline.

About You

• MRICS qualified with circa 2+ years' PQE
• Background within general practice / commercial property
• Keen to develop across multiple service lines
• Proactive, organised, and confident managing your own workload
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
