Beach Baker is working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy that has seen strong growth across multiple sectors in recent years. As part of this continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their friendly, high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy, with the chance to work across agency, valuation, and wider general practice work within a supportive, down-to-earth environment.

What you'll be doing
- Commercial sales and lettings across a varied client base
- Valuations for a range of instructions
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Supporting on development consultancy work
- Building client relationships and managing your own workload
About you
- MRICS qualified with circa 2+ years' PQE
- Background in General Practice (Commercial Property)
- Keen to broaden your experience across disciplines
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
