My client is responsible for a large portfolio of assets under management, including:
✔️ Mixed-use commercial schemes Individual shop units, multi-let office buildings and common parts
✔️Mainly Across London & the South East
In addition to asset management, we provide:
🔹 Comprehensive property management services for landlords, including rent collections, inspections and statutory compliance
🔹 Search & acquisition services for occupiers and investors across the UK
🔹 Red Book valuations, lease renewals & rent reviews
About the Role
As a General Practice Chartered Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional advice across valuations, lease advisory, and acquisitions.
What We're Looking For
✔️ MRICS qualified
✔️ Experience in Valuation & Agency within a Chartered Surveying firm
✔️ Strong background working with landlords & tenants
✔️ Proven expertise in Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
✔️ Full UK driving licence
