Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a market leader in the Property Consultancy world in their search for General Manager. This is a new role, based at a large, multi-tenanted commercial site in central London. You will be responsible for delivering all FM operations for the site, whilst working with the client and contractors to ensure best practice. We are looking for a candidate to coordinator with the building owners to develop innovative ideas to enhance the customer/tenant experience. You will also be responsible for base building alterations and therefore a strong technical background is required.
The successful candidate will have previous, single site, commercial facilities management experience, ideally having worked for the landlord before. You must have a strong service charge budget background and an excellent technical understanding of base building. A proven background of building relationships at all levels with a confident character is essential.
This is a total FM role for a flagship site, allowing the successful candidate to really make a difference.
