My client is a boutique property agency based in North London with portfolios across London and the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to work together with the senior management team to refine and grow the FM function.
You will be responsible for managing a small FM team, ensuring H&S compliance, procuring and managing 3rd party suppliers, managing all PPM schedules and minor works projects. You will also work with the finance and property management teams in preparing and managing the service charge budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background working across multiple sites in a managing agent environment, ideally NEBOSH qualified. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate must have service charge budget and tenant liaison experience.
