My client, an independent property consultancy, is currently seeking a Facilities Manager to take responsibility for an investment portfolio of vacant and leased retail properties across the South East.
This is a mobile role and will require the successful candidate to conduct regularly inspections and ensure compliance. You must have excellent organisation skills with a hands-on attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings run smoothly, inspect building fabric, maintain onsite records, ensure H&S compliance and manage any works programmes.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven background of managing large property portfolios, somebody with excellent communication and coordination skills and ideally with an understanding of service charge budget principles.
Please note a driving licence is essential for this role.
