Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with a global property company in a search for an experienced Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will assist with the day to day operational running of a key asset in Central London. This flagship site is currently under re development and requires a candidate with excellent relationship building skills to ensure all existing tenants continue to receive a first-class service. Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside a Technical Services Manager, together you will manage the communal areas, ensure EH&S compliance, prepare the service charge budget and manage the onsite contractors.
This is a 9-12 month contract and we are ideally seeking a candidate that can start immediately.
