Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a national public body in their search for a Facilities Manager. Reporting to the Head of FM, you will be based in Bristol but will also hold responsibility for the Birmingham office. My client is looking for an experienced Facilities professional to lead a small team and assist with a major office relocation.
- Ensure full statutory compliance
- Management of PPM regime
- Responsible for all reactive maintenance
- Contractor management
- Conduct regular audits
- Ensure H&S compliance
- Management of FM team
- Control financial expenditure within budget constraints
- Provide excellent customer service
The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing Facilities services across multi sites. You will be IOSH qualified with a proven background in staff and budget management. You will have strong contractor management skills with a passion for providing excellent stakeholder management.
The role would suit a proactive and confident candidate, who enjoys autonomy and ideally has some experience in large office moves.
