Job Description

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a global property consultancy in their search for an experienced Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will join a team based at a brand-new development of commercial properties in Birmingham.

You will be responsible for the mobilisation and on-going operational management of 2 commercial, multi tenanted properties. Reporting to the Senior FM you will be responsible for compliance, contractor management, minor projects and service charge management/preparation. This estate is currently under major development and you will play at key role in it's ongoing growth.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background working within a managing agent environment. You will ideally be NEBOSH qualified and preferably have some mobilisation of new building experience. Service charge budget management experience is essential. Naturally, as this is a client facing role, excellent customer service skills are a must.
