Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will provide customer service on all facilities management issues raised. It will be your responsible to troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action for all tenants on site.
Day to day role:
- Ensure H&S compliance
- First point of contact for tenants
- Conduct metre readings
- Assist with contractor management
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Gather quotes and additional information as required
- Assist with reporting (include financial reports)
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Pervious FM experience is essential, ideally gained within a multi tenanted environment. Preferably we are seeking a candidate with an understanding of service charge budgets and H&S compliance. Strong administration and organisation skills are essential, as is it the ability to confidently work with various IT systems.
