Job Description

My client is a provider of property and asset management services to a range of clients across the UK. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Management Administrator to cover a maternity contract for 12 months, starting mid-September, based in Bristol.

Responsibilities;
* Manage and keep CAFM systems up to date
* Manage PPM planner for each asset
* Support the FMs as necessary
* Gather information for tender applications
* General document management
* Produce reports
* Tenant liaison
* Liaison with contractors to ensure relevant compliance documentation

The successful candidate with have a proven track record in FM administration and diary management. You will have worked within a property management environment before with a good understanding of H&S compliance and CAFM systems. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills and be able to work within a fast-moving environment.
