The Role:
We are currently seeking a Chartered Estates Surveyor to join a dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a standard 37-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:
As an Estates Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating and finalising property transactions, such as sales, acquisitions, leases, licenses, easements, wayleaves, and rent reviews.
  • Conducting valuations, including Local Authority Asset Valuations.
  • Handling rating appeals and performing general estate management duties.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a General Practice Surveyor, in either the public or private sector.
  • Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant Real Estates discipline.
  • RICS Registered Valuer status (not essential)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with both internal and external parties at all levels.
  • The capability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
  • A full UK Driving Licence to accommodate the travel requirements of the role.
