A new role has come up with one of my clients seeking a CRM Business Analyst/Project Manager, with a steer towards Change Management and Training/Comms.
This role includes the successful deployment of Salesforce.
You will develop a strategic approach to drive adoption and capture requirements for specific business access
Work with the internal training team to develop content
Apply business and technical sills to access and diagnose business requirements
Identify and develop success cases and define user stories and acceptance
Create and develop communications in line with change management strategy and objectives
This role would suit a project manager/change manager who is not afraid to get into the detail of requirements gathering and have the experience to deploy the platform.
Experience of salesforce would be highly desirable, or another CRM tool
Used to producing communication documents
Experience of eLearning
