Join a long-established firm of Chartered Building Surveyors dedicated to preserving and restoring historic/listed buildings and structures for over 100 years.

Location:
Centrally based, offering easy access to the local regions.

Practice Size:
A supportive, small sized business.

Work Scope:
The work is exclusively on historic and listed buildings including Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment and conservation projects for private clients. Church work is a significant part of the business, and includes carrying out inspections and providing project management services comprising the preparation of architectural drawings and Specifications/Schedules of Work, as well as liaising with stakeholders.

Candidate Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation. While a certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, it is not essential.
