Leicestershire (with wider East Midlands travel)
£40,000-£60,000 + Benefits
We're working exclusively with a leading regional firm seeking a capable and motivated Commercial Valuations Surveyor to join their established professional team. You'll take responsibility for valuation of a diverse range of property across Leicestershire & the East Midlands including industrial, offices, and a range of mixed commercial assets and occasional trading entity with the vast majority being long-standing, repeat clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and building trusted relationships. Although you'll be the sole dedicated commercial valuer, you'll work closely with a strong agency and management commercial team with diverse assets involving team work with the rural valuations team, benefitting from shared knowledge and a collaborative culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality valuations across a varied commercial portfolio
- Handling instructions for industrial, offices, and wider mixed-use and trading assets
- Managing long-term client relationships and repeat workstreams
- Working closely with the rural valuations team to support cross-disciplinary projects
- Ensuring all valuation work aligns with RICS standards and best practice
What We're Looking For
- MRICS qualified and registered valuer with experience in commercial valuations
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling varied property types
- Comfortable working independently, with excellent client-care skills
- Based within reach of Leicestershire and willing to travel across the region
- A team player who enjoys collaborating, even in a standalone role
