Role: Commercial Surveyor- Property Management/ Agency
Location: Worcestershire / Shropshire
Salary: £35,000- £40,000 plus benefits

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Agency
- Conduct sales, lettings, and acquisitions of commercial and rural properties.
- Undertake property inspections, measurements, and viewings.
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures and floor/site plans.
- Negotiate lease terms, sales, and heads of terms.
- Carry out market research and provide valuation-based advice.
Property Management
- Assist in managing a growing commercial property portfolio.
- Coordinate tenant communication, lease events, rent reviews, and maintenance.
- Liaise with contractors to resolve repair and compliance issues.
- Use the PM software system for day-to-day management and reporting.
- Help improve efficiency and consistency across the PM service.
Client Care & Professional Standards
- Produce high-quality reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain professional standards in line with RICS requirements.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Support the commercial team in delivering exceptional service.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- MRICS Chartered Surveyor ideal but not essential.
- Up to 2 years commercial property, agency, or property management experience.
- Solid organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of lease structures, management processes, and negotiation.
- A proactive, hands-on working style.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Worcestershire / West Midlands commercial market.
- Ambition to progress, with potential future head-of-department pathway.
- Interest in contributing to the development of a growing commercial division.
- Comfortable working in a small, high-performing team.
