Beach Baker is pleased to be working with a highly respected property company to recruit a Commercial Property Manager for their established team based in Surrey.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring first‑class day‑to‑day management, operational performance, and tenant satisfaction across multiple assets.

You will play a key role in maintaining estate standards, driving efficiency, and delivering a proactive management service that supports both occupiers and the wider business.

Why Apply?

  • Join a stable, reputable business with a well‑balanced and diverse commercial portfolio.
  • Work as part of a supportive team with direct access to senior leadership.
  • Manage a broad range of commercial assets with hands‑on involvement across operations, tenant care, finance, and compliance.
  • Build experience across service charges, lease events, health & safety, and estate improvement projects.
  • Progress your career within a growing, collaborative property management environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day‑to‑day property management services in line with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and presentation of commercial assets, including contractor oversight and service delivery.
  • Carrying out regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and managing tenant fit‑out and alteration works.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, onboarding new occupiers, and building strong relationships.
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and supporting accurate financial reporting.
  • Handling lease administration, compliance, health & safety obligations, and maintaining up‑to‑date property records and systems.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, landlords, consultants, and service partners to deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused management service.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in commercial property management.
  • Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards it.
  • A proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Your application will be handled in strict confidence by Adam Burroughs.
