A fantastic opportunity has arisen to recruit a Commercial Property Manager for a growing and dynamic commercial property management team.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on position managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across multiple asset classes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering a high‑quality, proactive, and commercially focused management service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a mixed commercial property portfolio to best‑practice standards
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and performance insights
  • Leading lease events including renewals, rent reviews, assignments, and dilapidations
  • Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial forecasting
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure high operational standards
  • Managing maintenance programmes, contractors, and compliance activity
  • Ensuring full statutory and health & safety compliance
  • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
  • Reporting portfolio performance and contributing to process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property management
  • Strong client‑facing skills with confidence interacting with a varied client base
  • Experience gained within a small to mid‑sized commercial property environment
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, compliance, lease events, and reporting
  • MRICS highly desirable (or working towards)
